Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. You can easily initiate the cancellation by emailing us at suhavanicreations@gmail.com.

Please note, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for eligible cancellations due to payment gateway charges.

Return & Refund Information

We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are only accepted in specific situations:

Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition of the Item:
The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.

Replacement Delivery Time:
If a replacement is approved, the product will be shipped within 2–4 business days after approval and typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

New Order Requirement:
To complete an exchange, a new order must be placed on our website.

Using Store Credit:
Any store credit received from an approved return can be used toward your new purchase.

Exchange Processing Time Frame:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed within 2–4 business days. The new product will typically be delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Return Process

Request a Return:

Return Approval Time Frame:
Once a return request is received, it will be reviewed and responded to within 3–4 business days with approval or further instructions.

Return Shipping:
Once the return is approved, we will provide the return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Store Credit Time Frame:
Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The credit will be shared via email and added to the customer account.
